Manuscripts should follow this order:
Full title of the manuscript (concise and informative). Full names of all authors. Institutional affiliations for each author. Corresponding author's email address and ORCID ID (if available). Running head (shortened title, max 60 characters including spaces).
No more than 300 words. The abstract should clearly state the objective of the study, the methodology used, key results, and the main conclusion. No citations or abbreviations (unless previously defined) should appear in the abstract.
Provide 4 to 6 keywords below the abstract to assist with indexing and discoverability.
Present the background and motivation for the study, define the research problem, review relevant prior work, and state the objectives or hypotheses of the research.
Describe the experimental or analytical approach in sufficient detail that others can replicate the work. Include all relevant tools, datasets, algorithms, or materials used.
Present findings objectively and in logical sequence. Use tables and figures where they add clarity. Do not duplicate data across tables and figures.
Interpret and analyze the results in the context of existing knowledge. Address limitations of the study and suggest directions for future research.
Summarize the main findings and their significance. Highlight the contribution of the work to the field.
Acknowledge all funding sources that supported the research.
Acknowledge individuals who contributed to the research but do not qualify as authors (e.g. technical support, data collection assistance).
Describe the specific contribution of each listed author (e.g. conceptualization, data analysis, writing, review).
Disclose any financial, personal, or professional relationships that could be perceived to influence the work. If there are none, state: "The authors declare no conflict of interest."
Follow the APA 7th edition citation style (or IEEE format). All references must be cited within the text. Only published and in-press works should appear in the reference list.
Manuscripts should be submitted via the WJST online submission portal.

Authors may suggest up to 3 to 5 qualified reviewers who have relevant expertise and no conflict of interest with the submitted work.
WJST is an open-access journal. Accepted manuscripts are subject to an Article Processing Charge (APC) to cover the costs of peer review management, copyediting, typesetting, hosting, and archiving.
| Article Type | APC |
|---|---|
| Research Article | (TBD) |
| Review Article | (TBD) |
| Technical Communication | (TBD) |
| Special Issue Article | (TBD) |
APC waivers or discounts may be available for authors from low-income countries or in cases of demonstrated financial hardship. Requests for waivers should be submitted at the time of manuscript submission.
The editorial office checks submitted manuscripts for completeness, adherence to formatting guidelines, and scope fit. Manuscripts not meeting basic requirements are returned to authors.
Conforming manuscripts are assigned to the Editor-in-Chief or a relevant Associate Editor, who assigns at least two expert reviewers. Author and reviewer identities are concealed from one another throughout the process.
Based on reviewer reports, the editor issues one of the following decisions: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject.
Authors receiving a revision decision must address all reviewer comments in a revised manuscript accompanied by a point-by-point response letter.
Upon acceptance, the manuscript enters copyediting and production. Authors will receive proofs for final review before publication.
