Abstract

No more than 300 words. The abstract should clearly state the objective of the study, the methodology used, key results, and the main conclusion. No citations or abbreviations (unless previously defined) should appear in the abstract.

Keywords

Provide 4 to 6 keywords below the abstract to assist with indexing and discoverability.

Introduction

Materials and Methods

Describe the experimental or analytical approach in sufficient detail that others can replicate the work. Include all relevant tools, datasets, algorithms, or materials used.

Results

Present findings objectively and in logical sequence. Use tables and figures where they add clarity. Do not duplicate data across tables and figures.

Discussion

Interpret and analyze the results in the context of existing knowledge. Address limitations of the study and suggest directions for future research.

Conclusion

Summarize the main findings and their significance. Highlight the contribution of the work to the field.

Funding Information

Acknowledge all funding sources that supported the research.

Acknowledgments

Acknowledge individuals who contributed to the research but do not qualify as authors (e.g. technical support, data collection assistance).

Author Contributions

Describe the specific contribution of each listed author (e.g. conceptualization, data analysis, writing, review).

Conflict of Interest

Disclose any financial, personal, or professional relationships that could be perceived to influence the work. If there are none, state: "The authors declare no conflict of interest."

References

Follow the APA 7th edition citation style (or IEEE format). All references must be cited within the text. Only published and in-press works should appear in the reference list.

Tables

  • Number tables consecutively (Table 1, Table 2).
  • Each table must have a concise descriptive caption above it.
  • All abbreviations within tables must be defined in footnotes.
  • Do not use vertical lines between columns.

Figures

  • Number figures consecutively (Figure 1, Figure 2).
  • Captions appear below figures.
  • Submit as high-resolution image files (minimum 300 dpi).
  • Figures must be interpretable without reference to the body text.

Article Type APC

Technical Communication (TBD)
Special Issue Article (TBD)

APC waivers or discounts may be available for authors from low-income countries or in cases of demonstrated financial hardship. Requests for waivers should be submitted at the time of manuscript submission.

Review Process

1

Initial Screening

The editorial office checks submitted manuscripts for completeness, adherence to formatting guidelines, and scope fit. Manuscripts not meeting basic requirements are returned to authors.

2

Double-Blind Peer Review

Conforming manuscripts are assigned to the Editor-in-Chief or a relevant Associate Editor, who assigns at least two expert reviewers. Author and reviewer identities are concealed from one another throughout the process.

3

Editorial Decision

Based on reviewer reports, the editor issues one of the following decisions: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject.

4

Revision and Resubmission

Authors receiving a revision decision must address all reviewer comments in a revised manuscript accompanied by a point-by-point response letter.

5

Final Decision and Production

Upon acceptance, the manuscript enters copyediting and production. Authors will receive proofs for final review before publication.

Post-Acceptance

  • Authors receive a PDF proof for review before final publication.
  • Any corrections to the proof must be submitted within 3 business days.
  • The final published version will be assigned a DOI and made freely accessible online.
  • A correction or retraction policy applies if post-publication errors or ethical issues are identified.
